Things in my mother’s closet, part 1

For those that don’t know, Sparkle City is a nickname for Spartanburg. It seems a more appropriate nickname for my mother’s closet. Please click on the pictures to get the full extent of the sparkle.
I can actually remember her wearing that jacket and that dress to my best friend’s wedding and my cousin’s Bat-Mitzvah, respectively.
Yes, this is real fur…Fur AND sequins…PARTY!
I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times: Oh My God, Shoes.
I hate to say it, and I don’t even really know why, but the raiding of my mother’s closet for these photos turned out to be a kind of aggressive action…I may even go so far as to say a rebellion. I’ll just leave it at that.
